Alpha Transmission is the best transmission shop in Charleston, SC . Their work is stellar and customer service is great.

First, I called because I blew my second transmission from frequent off roading. The guy I spoke with was professional and courteous. I also inquired about whether or not oil changes were done. The fellow said transmission oil but that it’d be cheaper somewhere else for a regular oil change. I’m a female so I was ecstatic that this guy was being so honest. Skip ahead a few days. Got me in ASAP. Fixed everything right up and was polite and explained everything in a respectful manner. WILL DEFINITELY recommend to anyone from my bff to my grandma. Thank you for restoring my faith. Will be back. A plus all the way!!!

OMG, I had some serious issues with my car 2 weeks ago…and after going place to place and spend hundreds of dollars that i wasn’t expecting to spend all over Charleston. I find out all they spent doing was jerking me around and fixing parts that didn’t even need to be touched. Finally, I spoke to a friend who works in the car business about my car issues and referred me to someone he personally had gone to for his car issues. Long story short, this place was AWESOME they LISTEN to me and my issues, check out my car and diagnose the issue gave me a AWESOME deal on price and told me before hand, unlike, some places and didn’t beat around the bush in getting it done either. This guy was really Honest he wasn’t out to rip me off and wasn’t there to waste his nor my time. I will never go anywhere else.
